I have been a State Farm agent for more than 23 years of my State Farm career. I opened my first State Farm agency back in 1996, and now I’m proud to serve the residents of Flower Mound, TX and the surrounding areas, including Highland Village, Argyle, Lewisville, Copper Canyon, Lantana, Denton, and Roanoke. My agency handles home insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, business insurance, and financial services.

I’m originally from Washington, Missouri—I owned and operated a successful insurance agency there from 1996 to 2012. After that, I worked in the San Francisco area for a few years for the State Farm corporate office, before finally moving to Texas and opening my office in Flower Mound. I’m lucky enough to be married to my partner in life and in business, Lisa Tobben. We’re blessed with three wonderful children and four grandchildren and have come to love everything about living in this area—especially the people, the culture, the activities and the weather. In my free time, I enjoy staying active outside—hiking, walking, running, playing basketball, and skiing, and staying active in community efforts. It’s important to give back and be there for your neighbors, especially during challenging times like these. I work with the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, support our local high school, and use the State Farm Quotes for Good program to support our community. This is our home, and I love knowing that I’m making a difference here.
